I cried when he died in the comics but when it finally happened on the show...I mean, damn...and the thing is, with Denise dying the way Abraham was supposed to die and Abraham being killed with Lucille, it was a great enough emphasis just like Glenn's death was in the comics so truth be told, they could have kept him alive. As much as I understand why killing him off was so important, with how they set it up, he could have stayed alive and most that I've talked to, whether they be fans of the comics, the show or both, most say they would have fathered just Abraham die and Glenn live on cause they could have done so much with his character in the latest season. But like I said...I completely understand the reasoning behind his death. Them doing it to show how much of a threat Negan is and why this particular arc, "All Out War" is so Iimportant.
