I'll never forget the Glens Falls Hospital office workers that had post-it notes on their computer monitors with "Hi! My Name is Shanifa" and other African-sounding names, which weren't the users' actual names (whole office of old white women). I knew then exactly what kind of people live in upstate NY :)
