Glentress Spooky Woods, 28th January 2012

GoPro HD footage of a perfect winters morning at Glentress on 28th January 2012. A covering of snow at the top and it was very icy but otherwise excellent conditions for January in Scotland. Footage from Spooky Woods, Super G and black run at the end. First time out riding my new Boardman Team FS bike. A great day was had by all and watch out for my wee off at the end. Njoy!

I was there the same day and it was slippy up at the top, and I defo wasn't going as fast as you were! Keep putting your videos up as they show how fast some sections can be taken and make me want to get better, inspiring stuff.

I thought they were superstar bars. I was looking at them online but left the bars off the order, I got Kevlar and sintered pads and some nano tech pedals which I love! I can't wait to do a full day on them. The little test at hamsterley was great.

That last trail looked pretty fun. Good luck with the new bike, I could tell you weren't completely used to it yet, you had a couple near misses then that spill at the end. You're a brave guy though, riding in Ice like that! Just thinking about it makes feel like I've gone down already.

Technically yes, their is a fire road very close but only for the forestry commission guys. The gates are locked.

Nope, but I've sold it now. Was a great bike. Nothing to do with the bike. Just went from 2 bikes to one when I gave up downhill.
