Glide does not allow you to export the code for your project. The best you can do is export the data tables.

Loved this video, it is of great help. I have posted this question in community as well. The display in list is not working if app has no signed-in user, but the same data is working fine for a simple text. This is what I am doing. 1. I am sending a prompt to Open AI (say give me three birthday ideas) and getting three results in JSON Format. 2. I am loading this result in a TEXT, and when I am displaying this TEXT on the screen it is working fine. 3. Then, I am loading these three JSON records in a table as three separate records (I used Java Script to parse etc.). This is working fine irrespective if App is signed-in or not signed-in by a user. 4. Then I am displaying these three records JSON records on the screen through LIST. But, it is not getting displayed if App is NOT signed-in. It is working fine if App is signed-in by a user.

Thank for sharing Robert, I'm currently using the Team plan, just upgraded from Maker plan, but the Openai features are limited to a few, only chat and speech to text, it doesn't have summary and other features, I also have paid account for openai. Can you share with me why I don't have the full feature like you?

Some of the OpenAI integration’s are available as an action only and not a column. Could that be the issue?

Thanks for the great tutorial Robert I learned so much from this. I came across a small problem when trying to replicate this. In the Chatprompt template, I am not able to replace the template with any of the lookup elements. It is not showing on the list for replacements. Do you have an idea of what might be the problem?

Make sure the lookup isn’t from a MULTIPLE relation…the relation columns needs to have that checkbox UNchecked

If I write Maximum Length 1500, it gives an error: «Send message to change (without history): AbortError: The user aborted a request.» If I write a value less, then it returns a small cropped result. Are there any limits?@@RobertPetittoWA

I would love to see something like this that allows the user to scan their groceries as they stock or use them to keep an accurate inventory, then suggest recipes based on what they have available. I can see it building a shopping list based on things you have / need based on recipes you want to have the following day, week, etc.! I'd assume image to text would make it easier to create recipes based on nutrition if you take pictures of labels. I'm diabetic so an expanded version of this could help track my carb intake, etc., and eventually suggest insulin amounts, etc. based on promps added by my doctor... The possibilities really are almost endless!

Has the "color from image" option been removed? I noticed several of the OpenAI integrations have been removed, but many of them can be replicated by using the Complete Chat option. However, not all of them can; seems some, like the color from image option, are just no more.

Hey Bob, some day I will make thousands of dollars creating something great in Glide, using all the amazing stuff you’ve sheared over the time here in your KZbin channel!! (I will find a way to compensate you for that 😁) I can’t thank you enough for all the insights. Every time I watch one of your videos I find some answer for a problem I’m having with an app I’m creating and a lot of motivation to keep developing. THANKS! PS: Please consider for future videos changing the layout of your screen recording. We need to see your screen capture way bigger and your face can be smaller or on top of the screen capture. And you could also reduce the resolution of sour screen for the tutorials so the texts and tables look bigger, mainly for ones who watch your content on a smartphone. PS2: it would be nice if you can share this tip about the screen resolution with the Glide team for the times they do live Q&As or Round Tables. I gets very difficult to see what they’re doing because on top of the big resolution of their monitors is the compression of the live streaming.

@@RobertPetittoWA I mostly watch your videos (and Glide live presentations) on my 60” TV, and even there sometimes is hard to see in detail what you are doing when you create a new column in a table or when you change some parameter in glide’s main window. I always like to see your face when you are presenting a scenario because we can see your “thinking” and “solving problems on the fly” face expressions. But I think the priority is to see better what happens in the main screen. And also, 80% of KZbin content is watched on small screens, so there’s that too.

Do you have any suggestions on how to put restriction limits on a customer who wants to request more recipes allotted in that day from my OpenAI account? For example, I only want them to have the ability to download two recipes per day, what would be your suggestion?

One way to do this would be to log the recipes that get created with the users email address and timestamp. Then you would query how many recipes have been run by each user for today and then Rollup the count of those log items. only allow them to run the AI action if that number is less than two
