about Wacky's comment at 2:00 "is this the right focus ?" -> please remember there are many people working on a game and level designers do much different things than programmers. Unless you want to fire people all the time to always focus entirely on the most important thing, you'll end up with level designers, skin artists, etc. at time where you need to fix bugs and matchmaking. They'll have to keep working on something ;)

I work in the industry so I know how this works : you have a team with P progs, L level designers, etc. and unless you have an infinit amount of games to work on, you almost always have either too many LD or too many progs or too many whatever. Resources being finite or not, if you agree on not fireing them as soon as there is too many of them for a couple months, you just try to find them something to do wether it's the most needed thing or not.

Real players can be killed either quick or it will take time, but the time taken to kill a bot will always be constant provided if you have have the same fire rate for all.
