Hi Gari Quiring, very informative video, easy to listening and understand. Thank you. May I ask you something? It says glider cg scale right? Can I use this device for other rc plane like, scale, sport, trainers, F3A?

Yes it can be used with any type of plane where the fuse fits between the U shaped holders. Regular planes could be an issue with the landing gear interfering with the holders.

Thanks for a great unboxing, review and demonstration of the Glider CG Plus. I am still having trouble deciding between the Glider CG and the Plus as I fly everyrhing from 1m DLGs to 3m+ scale ships, but mostly sailplanes on smaller side. My concern is does the accuracy suffer on the lighter sailplanes and those with narrower cord wings by using the largest of the scales.

I'm not sure, my sailplane fleet is between 3-5 pounds on average. I have an Alpina 4m, I never tried it on the CG scale, it weighs 12+ pounds.

Just bought 1 of these. So after you get the CG Dont u mark up under the wings and then balance the glider on the 2 metal prongs?
@GaryQuiring Жыл бұрын
No, that's the whole idea of buying the scale so you don't have to do that.

@@GaryQuiring sorry I’m lost how do u no it balances then?

@@tomfpv1982 Place the glider on the scale, make sure the leading edge of the wing is touching the two front pins. Read the number on the scale. Then move your battery or add the appropriate weight to the front/rear of the glider until you get the number desired.
