Thanks for the Video. I was seriously considering an XL when they first came out. Having owned the original Glion Dolly (with the enhancements.). I thought it would be a great upgrade. Glad I didn't go for it. Ended up purchasing a Hiley Tiger Pro T8 as my main scooter. A few months ago I replaced the battery in my Dolly. I have had it for more than 8 years and probably have over 10k miles on it now. Only in the last year or so did the range suddenly fall to like .5 miles. Battery finally gave out. But the rest of the scooter still operates well mechanically. Runs like new again on the new battery. I continue to use it as my runabout and backup scooter.

My 225 is still running after over 8 years. Replaced the battery for the first time last spring. I have ebikes and a higher end scooter on hand, but the 225 is my go to run-about scooter for trips under 10 miles. Still runs good.

Wish I saw this a year ago before I bought mine. I didn’t know that pneumatic scooter tires were more prone to popping… I’m on my third pop in 15 months and it’s really, REALLY annoying to change it…

I got it on-sale recently because apparently Glion had too many of them. I guess they had trouble selling them so for like almost 2 months they had them for $450 plus Free shipping and for that price I feel ok with my purchase. I wouldnt have bought it for full retail at $700 or $800. Whatever they originally had them for.

I just bought one. Huge issues right out the box. Front tire doesnt hold air at all.

I enjoyed the xl for a few months. Now with a flat rear tire it's just a paper weight waiting for the trash. Miss my old original glion dolly.

@andrewpope8220 I have ordered and received a spare ture, tube, scooter repair stand, work apron and tool set. What a hassle. I'm going g to attempt the change soon. I wish they had put the tire change instructions in the manual. Really should just throw it away. I picked up a solid wheel fluid city rider.

I didn't even get to enjoy mine for 1 second. From out of the box. My front tire holds 0 air.

The slippery handles require warrent voiding grip tape and my rear innertube popped a few minutes after driving over some short hills. Plus it's too heavy to lift conveniently and too heavy for it's own dolly wheels, which wobble and can unscrew themselves. Its slower than advertised as well. And yes, the brakes suck - they're either doing nothing or you hurt your hands pulling and they stop you. My Gyroor is better in every way, shame that brand sold out on quality after a while. Never buy on brand trust. Use gloves when deploying to avoid pinching. On the plus side, my original 4 year old Dolly is still fine with no problems. xD Do like the "get out of my way" motor howl at low speed though. Most ev's are too quiet. There are just too many bad design decisions. We're in a dark age of e-scooters with market saturation by either unreliable junk or flawed ideas.
