I have had mine for almost four years now and it has had no problems except I had to replace the battery after three years. I use it almost every day going through our neighborhood. I like this scooter as it is fast not like one of those store scooters. There is an option in the programming to increase the scooter to full power and that makes it easier for it to go up hills or just cruise a little faster. It will go over if you are not careful in turns as it is three wheeled. Happy with it.
