suarez whole gameplan seemed to be throwing out attacks and hoping esam jumped into them

Surez wasn't pressuring Esam like he should have, trying to parry him or even approach.

Damn this is hard to watch as a yoshi main, it seems like pikachu moves are just quicker in general..

Its weird.. I'm a pika main and I play my buddy who's a yoshi maain.. its my least favorite match up..

@@lordsozehcp5362 player skill has a lot to do with it I'm sure but when you have 2 pgr players like this yoshi seemed helpless. :(

Hi! I am an avid gamer and I have noticed a major flaw while playing Pokémon Go in that fact that there are no humans to enslave, only small animals. I see this as discrimination against the human race. Most intelligent life forms would agree. To amend the wound I propose that that Niantic and Game Freak add Steve Harvey into Pokémon Go as a catchable Pokémon. His shiny form should be Dr. Phil McGraw as this two magnificent men look so much alike aside from their skin color. Please, help me get this to the higher-ups at Game Freak and Niantic. The lack of human representation hurts more then you could ever imagine. Pokémon Go needs this change for the better of all the people playing this amazing game!

Double jump down B is a solid combo breaker for Yoshi might've helped Suarez get out of some ESAMs strings but ESAM was clean as hell this tournament

Colin Hay As a yoshi main Doing down b like that isn’t that well of an option because think what would happen if he missed He would be vulnerable to a projectile like esams neutral b then followed up with anything else Also it can get predictable Edit: it’s also not a combo

@@obscure-toast5105 I said it was a combo breaker, (As in helps get out of combos) not a combo. But I agree it it's definitely risky and not to be spammed, but as a fellow Yoshi main, I think it can work as a rare mix-up to escape combos and strings. The one time he kinda used it, if he had held down through the plat he would've hit ESAM. But I'm curious though, what do u think, if anything, Suarez could have done better in that match?

Colin Hay sorry I didn’t read the breaker part But I agree, he could of played better. I use it in 2 ways 1: get to the ground quickly while also being safe as possible 2: at high percents, I like to neutral b then at the right timing, down b (on the ground ) which hopefully will hit them after getting out of the egg

@@obscure-toast5105 Thanks yea I agree that you have to be safe with it. In terms of the egg lay into down B timing, do u buffer the down B after neutral B or wait depending on percents?

Colin Hay well i don’t buffer it but it depends on 2 things 1: how good they are at mashing And 2, the percentage ( I do it at around 60% and higher ) But don’t don’t do at low percents and also they could buffer a quick move like neutral b so be careful This is a habit, but I like to back air them right after I do a mid air neutral b ( sorry I forgot what his specials were called )
