By the way, that is a result of ponding, whereby too much rain falls on the road. As there is high surface runoff, and likely limited drain capacity (construction work in the area), hence these ponding occured and when cars drive over these puddles, they will then create the "waves"

No. Even if I was, I got many letters from LTA, SBS Transit, Singapore Police Force, MOT etc all saying no permit is required for amateur filming and photography in public areas of bus interchanges and terminals.

@@glitchFan2428 yesterday I went to uec at 5plus, then got some female security guard tell me cannot snap inside int, then after that my friend and I went somewhere else to snap, then an 2hrs later we came back and saw 2 enthus snapping. Then we went to snap an incoming OC, then after that the IS warn us again that if we snap again, we would get reported.. The other enthus were also snapping too and yet we got warned, while they didnt?? At least the people there arent like KBT where they forced me to delete pictures. In my photos, there were NO security cameras in the frame so I don't get why we cant snap in Interchanges?
