Frisk could have seen Chara when they were a ghost before. Now I don't remember if in Glitchtale Chara remembers, but I thought so??

@ there’s a lot you might not know they are a player In underverse frisk there is called player by x gaster In dusttale frisk is dead before even the events of undertale so in dusttale it’s just you and Chara and funfact dust/murder might suggest a deal after a while of fighting to try and end the madness you both got yourselfs into and in that moment you can decide either accept the deal and reset to try a pacifist route just to get trolled by Chara killing everyone on the surface to say you ain’t above consequences or sans just not trusting you so he goes and does his genocide again when you spared everyone in the ruins to see sans ruins everything Killer bro is literally our new vessel after we gave frisk to Chara to help us get a new vessel so we both can do genocide at the same time I guess Alivetale there are two players there

You could have them react to more about the genocide route it should clear some things or even why Chara was practically a ghost you know their story especially the buttercup flower poisoning and Chara wanting Asriel to absorb their soul so they can go through the barrier and collect six Souls but I'm sure we all know how that failed huh.
