In case you haven’t watched Glitchtale, there’s a power they’re fighting against called Hate. Hate essentially infiltrates people’s bodies like a parasite and corrupts them, while giving them a huge power boost. Without spoiling too much, Chara willingly lets Hate into his body for the sake of someone else, and through his own power (Determination) is able to control it, while still keeping the power boost, thus calling it Animosity instead of Hate. I hope that wasn’t too confusing!
