honestly i love silver almost as much as i love N Silver is just one of those characters you see grow he starts off as a douche then becomes more understandable his father is the leader of team rocket he stole a pokemon from professor elm he only fights for power he wants to be recognized until later in the story... you fight him at the pokemon league in johto and he disappears later and you see him in kanto and he battles he fights with a newfound strength the strength of his partners he even gives his feralitgator back to professor elm and elm tells him to keep it he then sets off, hoping to become a better person trying not to become his father and to become someone who can understand others better, and become closer with his partners. and this my friends, is why i love Silver.

Guys, Silver is a HE. He has always been a male. The reason for him looking like a girl here is because japanese people think that when a man looks like a woman, it's when he is the most beautiful. So they are just implying that Silver is hot, but HE is a HE. 1. The picture is on angle, that's why his right shoulder is lower than his left shoulder. 2. The curve on his zipper is just a curve, because his jacket is maybe a little too long. No more. On the other hand, nice job! This remix is very good

You know, Silver had a very fast team, if he has Typhlosion, the only real slow Pokémon in his team is Magnezone (which likely is used to wall stuff). Crobat, Weavile, Alakazam and Gengar are all darn quick.

I always remember the early days of antagonistic rivals with nostalgic fondness, but I'm not against friendlier rivals either. A mixture of both would be great to have in a game, especially when character development comes into play.

As a late teen and young adult, fighting against Silver was remarkably refreshing. I noticed in his scripted dialogue he had more self awareness and personal growth than I realized most of my real life friends at the time had. I'd fight my friends teams (pokemon battle) and would always fall for the same strats and never changed things up even if they swapped out pokemon, rather than improve they just assumed I was too good (or maybe cheating) A great villain that could be seen as a hero through another lens A great hero that could be seen as a villain through another lens

I don't know the way his entire coat looks plus the amount of detail makes it look like a female interpretation of silver. If everything good that was made for kids developed into something made for older audience, that would leave no quality content for children. Sometimes stuff has to and should remain for children. But that doesn't mean adults can't enjoy it too. Adults make up a pretty large percentage of Pokemon's market.

Well, keep it a kids game, you get new players, and still get people like me who've been playing since the original red/blue versions. If you change the formula, you run the risk of losing people who just want the nostalgia, and not being able to draw new players in. But it would be nice to see something more mature come out.

Personally, I was a bit dissapointed back when HG/SS came out, since I had always believed that Silver was a girl up to that point. Hope that all those 4 friends in X/Y will be great competition, or atleast that the main rival will be one of the girls this time. Unlike everyone favourite clutz, Bianca.
