Great video! I was just looking for this very comparison about a week ago. I've always used Studio G glitter glue. The only thing I didn't like about it was when trying to write with it the glue started out nice and puffy when wet but went flat when dried. The stickles I tried stayed puffy (not completely but much more than studio g) after drying. Other than that they seem pretty much the same to me.

I use both products. I find some of the stickles have superior colours especially good for accenting a project. I use the studio g on bigger surfaces. Liquid pearls are classy. Thanks for the video. Hugs Mary xox

I really like the comparisons you did and decided I'll hold onto my glitter glue but get a few colors in stickles to try them out :) Good job on the video it came out very good and informative ^.^

Hello,thanks for your comparison video.I am thinking of making some of the acetate butterflies which seem to be a big hit here on youtube.I am thinking that a comparison video on how well they each adhere to the acetate would be quite helpful to me,as all the comparisons I've seen so far have all been on paper.

Can you spread stickles glue with a glue spreader do you know? On bigger areas than you did in this vid. Do you know at all? Also, is it ok on top of alcohol based markers? Copics, letraset ect. Thanks. Great vid

I would recommend using matte medium (Liquitex, Claudine Hellmuth, Golden, ect) to get the consistency you want. If you're doing a background, use an old gift card or whatever to spread it around. If not, a very tiny round paintbrush might be useful.

What makes stickles different think Wink of Stella which seems easier as no drying time.

Stickles were actually available before the Wink of Stella pens were even developed. As of now, I prefer the Wink of Stella pens over stickles :)

I have a stamp set by EK Success with Tinkerbell and some other little flowers. I just stamped her and colored her in with Crayola colored pencils, added some stickles to her wings and then assembled the card. This is one of my favorites :o)
