Would you suggest these colored grouts for a floor in a kitchen? I have black tile I want to use gold as my grout choice and I'm afraid of wear and tear from mopping and walking and stuff.

Yes they will be fine as long as you get premixed glitter grout that is epoxy based.

No because it is permanent. You can always ask your landlord for permission and present it as an upgrade to their property to get them on board.
