Both are very pretty I appreciate the way you talk through the videos thank you for that. Do you ever try any of the primary elements and The Bling that goes along with them with resin pours? Not necessarily the bloom technique. But say coasters or a geod for example?? You asked and that's what I would like to see!! Thank you very much.

I dove into fluid art almost a year ago and watched +1,000 hours of videos until I was totally confused by all the various PMs that could possibly exist. I took Shelee's course and felt as if I had seen every variation for the US by artists already. I have had limited success but am a perfectionist and avid scraper! I have a question. Trying to do a triptych using 4x4 canvases I was pleased when wet. But woke up to cracking! Perhaps with such a tiny surface I did not get off enough paint but could my base have been too thick? I ran out and got the cheap wall paint in satin instead of semigloss i has used but haven't started over yet. Just wondering if you might have an idea. Love your work and your perspective - really enjoy watching you work. Thank you, Patricia

Soo beautiful! 😍 Would love to see you experimenting with mixing pigments into Owatrol (as PM). I‘ve already tried Owatrol as a PM with tube paint like you did in one of your videos. 😉

Did the owatrol and tube paints work out for you for the bloom technique? I will experiment with what you mentioned!
@TheAlessia6154 жыл бұрын
@@EricaHughesArt: Yes, it was the first time, I could stretch it out really far. As I am located in Austria, I couldn‘t find something equivalent to your Valspar Deep Base. But Shelee‘s course is on my Christmas wishlist. 😉 Maybe I can find other products after I have joined her course..anyways, I love watching your videos and would love to see you experimenting with pigments and Owatrol 🤗

Hi Erica. Stunning color combination. I’ve been pouring for well over a year now and feel quite confident in all of the different pouring techniques. My work is displayed and sold at a gallery in Santa Fe.....all well and good. But!!! I’m having a heck of a time getting blooms of any size. I get little tiny ones. Not sure what’s going on with that. I’ve taken Shelle’s course, I’ve watched others and have tried variations on the recipe to no avail! I’ve scoured the private Shellee Art Facebook page. Nada. Any suggestions? Your work is absolutely beautiful, thanks for putting yourself out there.
