If the hospital doesn't know I would start looking in other states, possibly other countries. I work in the operating room and I can tell you firsthand not all doctors are created equal

I agree with that. I’m a Nurse Practitioner (35 years as nurse) before becoming ill. It took traveling to another state to be diagnosed with same disease my “home doctors” said was eliminated. So many things can go wrong-labs, X-rays (as you well know), and other interpretations/ readings by pathologists or radiologists. Hang in there and be your own son’s advocate. Oh Mary I hope you get answers about your son soon. I was with my mama in the hospital all last wknd. What a tiring week its been but praise God she is home and feeling better. I cant believe you know sneaky snake! Ive asked so many people over the years if they know that song and nobody ever does. Certain I learned that in elementary school. Always a joy!

Aside from the tube of Elf mascara that got wasted, I actually used up a tube of Moon Juice Milk Cleanse Gentle Foaming Cleanser, which was the perfect morning facial cleanser even for my oily mature skin during these dry winter months. I probably won't purchase another tube until next winter since it's rather emolient, but I added it to my favorites at Sephora so I can easily find it again next season. And I used up a tube of Pacifica 11 in 1 Magical Leave-in Treatment, which I DID repurchase and probably always will as long as they make it since it really helped me keep my long hair from drying out and getting damaged. It never weighs down my hair like other leave-in conditioners do, and it's only lightly scented so it smells good without being overwhelming.

Hi Mary I am so sorry your son is still so unwell and without a diagnosis. I really hope they figure it out soon and it's treatable with the specific medication. Makeup wise I used up a gimme brow mini and a they're real mascara mini from Benefit. The gimme brow is my HG in shade one. Blonde is tricky as many are yellow 🤬🤬🤬 and taupe is far too dark. This one is the same as my hair and most days I use it alone in my brows ( brows are tinted and threaded). The they're real is so not what I remember it being. I think they must have reformulated as it was flaky and smudgy - never used to be like that and I went through a ton of tubes over the years. I won't repurchase it Best wishes x

Still enjoying the Haus Labs foundation in shade 060, though in the dry, cold weather I've been mixing it with a drop of jojoba oil for extra moisture. Got a couple of fancy Mozart performances coming up, for which I will be playing with the Blessed palette to find another fun combo. Will report on what I do!

I will pray for your son and the medical team to get to the bottom of what’s going on with him illness wise. I don’t see that foundation in the color Rosy Ivory at least not on the TF site or Sephora. The closest is a shade called Rose, which isn’t the lightest one. Is that cool toned?

I wasted the new hourglass foundation. I think it was $57 it was the worst foundation. I like a foundation that looks like my skin but perfected. This looked like my skin with no foundation. There was no glow, there was no perfecting. It was like another layer of skincare with no payoff. I wasted an Elf tubing mascara, which I think, was like the one you showed and I think the very same thing happened to mine. I was applying it and it was all wet and caused my lashes to clump. The wand was filled with the product and I didn’t notice before applying. I loved that tubing mascara until it apparently lost its stopper. I wasted money on a Born This Way foundation also. The reason for two wasted foundations is Sheishido discontinued the best foundation I have ever used and I need to try to find one as good. I also bout a Giorgio Armani foundation and don’t like it very much either though it’s ok when I’m not leaving the house. It’s been an expensive and unsatisfying month with makeup.
