Love the song and the band generally. Not convinced by the video though. Seems too glossy, like whoever made it is limbering up for a career in advertising. Yeah that’s kind of the irritating part though. So much of the newer school of the genre is so concerned with the ~aesthetic~ that they forget shoegaze isn’t just about crashing drums and reverb guitars and barely distinguishable vocals. All vibe no substance. OP’s comment about them looking like a pop star is weird and irrelevant though, they can dress however they want lol.
