I wonder if there is a limit to what zhangyi's two world's junction ability can block. It was described to cut his body into a separate space, ignoring everything, which sounds far too overpowered. I feel like it would've been better to introduce the ability with a drawback, such as making it so that he can't move or can't attack while the ability is active.. but those are just my thoughts

You are correct! Zhang Yi's Dimensional Gates have LIMITS in terms of SIZE and POWER. It cannot absorb objects that are too large and it will have a lot of trouble absorbing very powerful techniques. The drawback is that he is forced to give up both hands to enable the two gates simultaneously so it leaves him temporarily vulnerable.

Zhang Yi is really overpowered haha his [Space Shuffle] ability essentially allows him to warp far distances in less than a second. When he originally went after Takashi Takizawa (Electro Coin User), he couldn't sense it in time and died instantly when Zhang Yi shot back his move towards Takashi and Nanako. Nanako Mezumi (Wind and Demon Flute user) was sensitive to air fluctuations due to her innate Mutant ability so naturally, she sensed it but ultimately died because Zhang Yi activated his 20x Speed acceleration thanks to his native Time abilities. A reminder that Zhang Yi is a dual spec user under the [Space] and [Time] Department of Mutant Supernatural Abilities! As for this chapter, it was easy pickings for Zhang Yi considering the two were already on the verge of life and death after Liao Honglei's ability, the Hundred-Step Divine Fist! It's just that Jinguji Seiichiro's abilities counter simple Enhanced Melee types like Liao Honglei. It's VERY IMPORTANT to mention that Jinguji Seiichiro got Liao Honglei's information from a leak.

And that happened quite a few chapters back, when they first tried going after eclipse moon and they (the sword user) managed to capture one of the people going after them, alive.

Jiangnan Region has a lot of missiles and artillery. There is no way Zhang Yi's shelter can withstand it and Zhang Yi is unable to absorb extremely fast and powerful missiles! It's easier for Zhang Yi to live harmoniously with Jiangnan Region to benefit from their weapons/missile manufacturing capabilities, manpower, scientific mutant research, etc. there is also the Deng Family who has a lot of connections throughout the world and also have their own Research Department. Yes the strongest fighters of Eclipse Moon are stronger than most of the heavenly god squad. Captain-level [Delta] Mutans are a different tier though.
