i felt so bad for Artiom in this episode. the CIS never won a gold on Global Guts. he didn’t know he had to touch all the boulders in boulder canyon

Same thing with Vasily from CIS except he was only in first place by 200 points before the crag.

@@chris.twentyeightt he had 700 and both players in front of him had 900 points. it was impossible for him to win unless the other 2 players got disqualified on the crag. although if that was the case, the 2 players would’ve tied with the same score. how would second place be determined

1:52 - 2:24 Honestly, O'Malley makes this sound a lot more *dangerous* than it really is. I remember being a kid, and feeling like I was watching a Hell in a Cell match on PPV, because of how dangerous he made it sound (for those who didn't grow up in the late 90's, the Hell in a Cell was one of the most dangerous wrestling matches of all time; it's been nerfed to hell in recent years).

On this 1995's Nickelodeon Global GUTS, elsewhere, on the Super Aggro Crag, another [blue] player Artiom "Boss" Beskshiko from Commonwealth Of Independent States🇷🇺 failed to hit the smallest boulder in Boulder Canyon & was disqualified into automatic 3rd place just as this host Mike O'Malley heard their referee Moira Quirk announce: "In 1st place on the Super Aggro Crag, Amit from Israel🇮🇱; in 2nd place, Azita from Germany🇩🇪; Artiom from the C.I.S. did not hit the last boulder in Boulder Canyon & was giving an automatic 3rd place!" [Yes, O'Malley explained: "It's not even close to being over until the Super Aggro Crag! Artiom jumped over the last boulder; he was disqualified! Not knowing it at that point, he continued to climb. Amit in red needed to get up the Super Aggro Crag in 2nd to take the Global GUTS gold; so, right here, at the ice wall, all 3 of our players neck in neck & then Amit locking in 2nd; but he was 1st because Artiom was disqualified; what a finish to our Crag here today! Let's go to Mo & check out our final leaderboard standings!"] After O'Malley showed the Super Aggro Crag event, Artiom's disqualification & Amit having 1st place, "Mo" announced: "Here it is, Mike; in 3rd place today, Azita from Germany with 1,050 points; in 2nd place, Artiom from the C.I.S. with 1,475 points; our winner today, Amit from Israel with 1,525 points!" No wonder that because despite this blue player's Super Aggro Crag disqualification, being in 2nd place is why he, Artiom from the C.I.S. received the Global GUTS silver medal, also, Amit Sapir from Israel won the GUTS gold medal & glowing rock just as Azita "The Cat" Khandanpour from Germany received her bronze medal with Mo giving their earned medal awards!😃

In my opinion, Artiom " Boss", Vasily"Viper", and Stepan "Serpent" were the best players in Global Guts to represent the CIS.

The only way if a player gets a automatic 3rd place is if they missed a Boulder, cross into another player’s progress, or missed an actuator.

Pity Artiom lost because of the boulder canyon rule, (combined with Amit generally being better than Azita). Artiom was likely the best competitor from the CIS/Post Soviet States.

Happened twice. Germany did get gold once with Uk getting silver & Israel the bronze. Fourth match Israel got bronze, Germany silver, USA gold.

It's why I hate this show. Atiom busted his ass this entire episode, and the Crag screws him totally. It's almost like nothing mattered BUT the Crag.

Yeah, they should've put Georg "Shark" Sandel against Artiom and Amit. He would've smoked Amit and had a dogfight battle with Artiom, but he would've beat them both.
