If Canada really did care about its sovereignty, there would be no homeless Canadians living on the streets while foreign owned charities (SUCCESS Housing) are allowed to contravene our Charter: Section 15 Equality; line 15: equal treatment regardless of country of origin. If you are a homeless Canadian and you ask for help from SUCCESS Housing, they will struggle to tell you in English that you are "Not Qualified because you are a citizen". SUCCESS Housing has thousands more units than BC Housing which also houses newcomers within two months, Canadians being told to wait ten years. Can you imagine how that makes senior Canadians feel?
