Did the dev say anything about the current gear with healing effect? We need an item to change healing effect to another substat. It took them forever to make these changes. I have good rolls on some of these pieces, but they lack hp bonus.

I’d imagine the unreleased rewards would be leaving the guild before morning reset when the chests come up

nope - it's if after GB and day reset, you leave the guild without yet having gone into GB to claim them. if you leave before the end of the day and the reset, they are lost.
