Something I feel like they could and maybe should do is remove the same unit restriction from at least PVP. GC is the only big Gacha game (that I know of) that has something like this and it’s very outdated now that we have so many units of the same character that are just unusable because a newer version of them exists. Imo it wouldn’t be too game breaking to do this, so it could allow for a lot more team variety and stops characters from instantly being unusable when a new version of them comes out, also maybe allowing them to release more units of a character. Not saying we need more units, but it could stop Meli, for example, from being just an end of year Fest and instead make him a regular unit again.

Merlin damage reduction only works if you apply debuffs (which meli cleanses as most people are also running sins) and the only way to apply debuffs on the current sins team is with green sariel link

@SenseiSage23 yea but you're gonna want to use both escanor cards and he can't use other graces, meaning you would only be able to put 1 debuff on them all, even if you did use 2 cards on gowther or meli you would still only get 9% damage reduction from merlin passive

I’ll probably do a little bit of Perceval’s banner, the Diane is good Pve value, pvp I think has caused a miss prioritization in my pulls, there’s activities where I need to get some better units and by the time I pull and build a PvP team one or more of the units isn’t optimal anymore so why should I care all that much I’ll have the optimal team for a week at most if ever

7ds Team: Missing DK Meliodas Human Team: Missing Percival Unknown Team: Missing Hell I have already done one rotation on the Escanor banner and are currently at 300/900 without getting DK Meliodas or Hell. My Strategy for Summoning Option 1: Continue on the Escanor Banner Pros: Im already at 300/900 into the banner. Completing the 900-pull milestone will guarantee escanor wich is already 3/6 , potentially DK Meliodas or Hell, thus filling gaps in two teams (7ds and Unknown). Cons: You might not get DK Meliodas or Hell after hitting the 900 mark, which will suck for me Option 2: Switch to Percival Pros: Summoning for Percival guarantee i can complete my Human Team. Cons: Switching banners means im not getting neither hell or DK meliodas. as of now i have 60 gems and no way of getting more without spending money (i think) by the end of the even (2nf of july) i would have around 320 if i play normally and if i try really hard with the choas battle and boss battle i could get around 450 (wich i don't think is possible for me) so what should i do im at a lost if i really have to i think im gonna have to hand my f2p title of 3-2 years

Pfft, 900 on that Escanor banner ... two copies but none of those copies (Meli, DK, Hel, Mael, etc), just silver and gold coins. With that, I'm not sure I see much point in dropping even more. Percival, for the human team, seems a better investment and I should have time to save 600 though I'd prefer a one and done earlier

Came back to say that I spent a total of 2100gems to 6/6 Escanor. On my 3rd rotation I got my last Escanor dupe, along with 2 festival Hell and Ban and melascula in ONE MULTI! With spare gems I pull on Percival banner and got him and Tristan with 300 gems and to my surprise I've got green Diane as the 300gems summon rewards. It was totally worth it. I've got tons of new units that I couldn't get previously. Unfortunately DK meli still at 5/6 but at least my DK Zeldris is 4/6 All those shafts all these years is finally being paid off 😭😭😭
