31:28 Logically it is neither the metal gold nor the oil. Gold has to be extracted and purified. The max capacity of the largest extraction and production of Gold is 368.3 Metric tons per year. Price per Metric ton is about 60 Million dollars. So max value of gold that can be extracted in a year is 22 Billion dollars. The cost of production of Gold is about half so the net profit is about 12 Billion dollars per year. Cost of US Afghan war was 110 Billion dollars per year. It is economically impossible to sustain a huge war for just 12 Billion per year when the cost of war could be 10 times more than that. Oil is about to be phased out due to Climate change and won't be valuable by the end of this decade. Plus no war in the recent history has been fought for Gold or Oil where 90% of people would be willing to die. So the war after the drying of Euphrates won't be over the metal Gold or the Oil but for something else for which everyone will be willing to give their life for.
