The kulcha that Pehalwan Kulcha Shop serves is the same like we had in Delhi at Chawla Chur Chur Naan and the Lassi has no comparison according to me.

नमस्कार साहेब. देश के गणतंत्र दिवसकी आपको ढेर सारी बधाईया. आज का एपिसोड अमृतसर के कुछ खास जायके लेकर आया है. पंजाब का मतलब हि है भरपूर मख्खन, पराठे, कुलचे, नान, लस्सी और बहुत कुछ. एक सांस्कृतिक गठन है यहा पर और खाद्यसंस्कृती तो ऐसी के लगता है के काश हमने भी पंजाब कि मिट्टीमे जन्म लिया होता. पहलवान के कुलचे एक ऐसी जगह है जहा बरसोकी मेहनतसे संजोये हुए जायके परोसे जाते है. सादगी होते हुए भी स्वादसे भरपूर ऐसे खाने को चखना तो बनता हि है. हमे कभी ये सौभाग्य नही मिला के चंदीगढ से आगे रुख करे लेकिन चंदीगढ मे भी पंजाबी जायके का अच्छाखासा मजा लिया है. ग्यानी साहेब कि लस्सी का क्या कहने. अब तो काफी जगहोपर डिस्पोजेबल ग्लास मे लस्सी दि जाती है लेकिन हमने काफी जगह पर पितल के बडे बडे गिलासोमे लस्सी का आनंद लिया है. वो बात हि कुछ खास होती है. आजके दोनोही जगहके जायके बिलकुल दिलतक पहूच गये और भरपूर आनंद मिला. धन्यवाद.
