I am from Karachi and both parents are from Deccan. Biryani, bagharay Bengan, paya and Nihari is still in our menu (authentic Hyderabadi Style) . Most of dishes shown in the video came from different parts of India specially the deserts (No Double Ka meetha, No khubani (Apricot) Ka meetha. Love Hyderabadi cuisines ❤

we have a catering business here in Karachi for more than 40 years. i have been seeing these preparations since my childhood loved to see too many similarities and many differences loved every bit of it. There's one thing which is the most common in both Countries is our habit of wasting food. unfortunately after every wedding we waste food which can be eaten by 100's of people. May Allah give Hidaya to all of us.

Yes, wasting of food is common among all nation including all islamic nations. We can make aware people . Before seating on eating tables. By announcing in mikes. By pesting instruction notes on eating tables. Somehow, it should be controlled. I have seen the waste food . Hundreds of people or poors could have eaten. But it is dumped off into dust bin .
