He has not been forced to assimilate nor does he pretend to be assimilated. That's how it should be like the park and the garden.

They don't let you assimilate. They constantly remind you that you are Chinese. This is true in all white countries for the Chinese.

World will be definitely a better place if we respect each other culture
@MarcusCato2752 жыл бұрын
Be careful about respecting others and their cultures. I learnt the hard way, the consequences of respecting others (my mother especially) and their cultures. Sometimes a tiny bit of racism (with a dose of discrimination and snobbery) is a good thing. Keeps people in line and knowing their place. Be careful. One day, you may regret your own words

What about when you hear about Japan? or the massacres that occurred in China during the Cultural Revolution, that took the lives of 300,000 people?

Not fair to blame an entire country, culture and people for the crimes of some. Do we not have enough problems in this world without hanging on to hate from times long past?

Mixed Chinese/white relationships are everywhere in my city in Northern England. We now have large population of Chinese students. It is mostly white men with chinese women. Chinese women and white english men seem to be attracted to each other.

As human are divided by the sects of family names, not by races, a Chinese married a British doesn't violate the Law of Heaven if their family names belonged to same sect or allied sect.

The husband never said he doesn't. The wife said she doesn't speak mandarin Chinese. If the husband don't speak English, how do you think they communicate? Sign language? Lol. Communication is part and parcel of relarionships/marriage and life buddy. Obviously the husband would learn to speak English especially when he came all the way from China to the UK to start a new life with a job. How can he communicate or get by in the UK without at least knowing how to speak some English? Yeah.
