Pakistan is probably doable as there's a lot of fertile land there and it's very big. Nigeria is less likely. That's not how the globe will warm. The highest increases will be in the far North and South latitudes, melting glaciers and raising sea levels. It's going to strain the nation in the long run. Though wages in some sectors will increase because of demand but not in all though. People overall will actually get poorer. Eventually China's population will stabilise and then things may look better from then on.
