GSG BK7-EXLO Mattress Spring Opener

The BK7-EXLO spring bale opener is designed to safely decompress packaged spring units of Twin to King sizes. New "lay down" arms make it safe and easy to load spring bales easier.
• 2-1/4” Acme screw drive system eliminates replacing drive chains
• Self-oiling system keeps screw-drive moving parts in good working order.
• Welded grid members on the top of the platform and additional guards are positioned around the edges for the operator’s protection.
• Two-speed opening rate reduces risk of entangling coils during decompression
• Drive channels are turned away from the bale zone to reduce friction in work area
• Safety rods to stabilize narrow innersprings and corner guides prevent deformation of border wires.
