Tip: you can still charge your shot while you're in the 2nd dribble's animation, saves you bit of time before the oppenent's team starts ganging up on you.

Absolute game changer. I absolutely don't know what to do to beat people who stay back and fake dash in and out immediately. My muscle memory against bot just always trigger and i start to use special special dribble and always get tackled. So frustrated

One more tip read your players skills! Example: hyuuga has so many buff when losing while tsubasa has buff when tied. These are good to know so you can focus on shooting with hyuuga when losing

Captain Tsubasa Knowledge: Did you guys know that Matsuyama Hikaru, captain of Hokkaido team, was meant to be the rival for Tsubasa? The contrast between Tsubasa and him was that he was a talentless player that had to work twice as hard to be a good player, as for Tsubasa was a natural. That ship never fully sailed as he was too similar to Taro Misaki.

A good tip is to familiarize yourself with goalie skills to have a better understand on how to score against them. For example, Wakabayashi has a skill the weakens the strength of shots fired outside the penalty zone

I think you should’ve mentioned the defenders with blocking skills. This gives you another defensive tool against shoots.

It is a good idea to have players that have synergy, like Misaki and Tsubasa, as the twin shot is more powerful than their default shots and requires only one bar to be filled, same goes for Carlos and Rayan. Also when you start being a little more good, you can make customer players that are above 150 point of cost, depending on what skills and moves you have this allows you to heavily modify your team, as you could have synergy with more than one player. When you double dribble (critical dribble) you can charge your long pass even faster as well as your shot, but charging the long pass, allows you to make a charged shot while the pass is ongoing.

@@Binks129 So, every super shot you have to get his higher rank before "fighting" him, if you get that, there is going to be a cutscene before the match and you have to do something, for Schneider it was something related to the fireshot, if you meet the requirements after the game you unlock his super shot for your character and for his, this is all in the new hero mode

Jean Magno Yeah I was able to get Sheniders special shot and Carlos special twin shot. And Diaz even used his special shot in the game but I didn’t unlock it. I’ve looked for guides and everything but nothing. But I’ll keep trying his is one of my favorites.

You might already have Diaz's shot unlocked, cuz it's been 3 months, since your comment, but in case you still haven't unlocked it, go to Ultimate Edit, them Edit Player and equip the shot to Diaz, after you've S ranked him, I believe. The game doesn't let you know that you unlocked it, but it's hidden. Got to Edit Player and equip it.

You forgot to mention one important thing. Have a pair of strikers with COMBO at front at least because it gives you rank SS or SSS at power which is better than S rank power with rank 2 shots.. I was ranked 201 a couple of days ago but giving up playing it online especially Im playing half of the players with 1900 cost point(probably demoted from a gold league) while im having 1600 cost points in silver league 1. Not only we have 300 points differences, and also you cant do anything to prevent their strikers shooting you with COMBO, like Hyuga and Tsubasa COMBO 2 or Twin COMBO(sometimes Skylab level 2 with 3 players including a custom player with the twin). You cant jump and head the ball or anything because of animation cutscene. You can either tackle opposition player passing the ball towards his strikers or keep scoring more than he can score. It was difficult when you have 300 cost points behind your opponent to begin with. Im using 3 strikers. 2 custom players with 99 on power and have COMBO with Hyuga. Both players can kick the ball in the air with Hyuga, and their power is rank SS so i dont need to dribble pass the players but pass the ball into penalty box from the air and animation cutscene will occur if two of my strikers are around the penalty box. you can one shoot a german keeper if you added skills to boost your shoot power, aerial power, etc...with Hyuga. I tested it yesterday but never tried it on online versus as i gave up playing matches online. Btw, there are some players scoring one shot goal. my goalkeeper(german) didnt even move or i never had a chance to see my goalkeeper reaction. i saw the ball hitting the net after he kicked the ball. those players arent custom made players either.

Still not sure how to avoid tackles, Do you have to press the sprint move to win over a tackle? All the other tips are top notch, and you are right, noticing the difference between them and you are in gold league. Another question, I have found players that their custom player dribble move is shorter, like half a sec, is this a trait/skill or TEC 99 or something like that?

Let's be honest, there one tip that was actually a tip. DO HERO MODE. after this, this game is just a numbers game. Stuff your shit with the high numbers and if you have a fair bit of competence from playing hero mode. You will either wreck, or tie.

I would recommend playing through the tsubasa arc first because the new hero arc picks up after it. Plus new hero will end up being harder in the end.

Yes they have diffrent strengths, tbh if your custom character is FW i would give him Level1 shot; Diaz Style Drive Shoot LVL2 shot: High Fire(Schneider's level2)

yes they have different strenght levels which are speed and power, for example the tiger shot have A power and A speed with a long range, the best shots have level S
