The buff to his ult should be really simple imo and it would be op, just have the arrow track the closest enemy, it will be an instant guaranteed death would make sense and make it useful and potentially kill other enemies as well and would make it much better, but I will say, I love his auto guard.

I like how his skills _sound_ broken but in context they're balanced really well! Also they look great and his character overall has that cool factor! I would say his ultimate needs a buff but then again, the rest of his kit is great and well balanced so unless you're playing him as a character, his ultimate isn't needed in a build since it's just a nuke. If he wasn't a defense type, I'd say it definitely needed a buff but since he is a defense type, I think his kit done super well and very well balanced! Also his combos are one of the coolest in the game so I'd probably play him over using his jutsu on a CaC. But that's just my thoughts!

Props to Soleil, they did a really good job so far on keeping these characters in season 4 balanced. As for Sasuke I think he’s like high mid tier or slightly above average. Build Ideas… Build 1: Double Moon Blade, Rasengan Ninja Tool, any outfit top with all geared up, any outfit bottom with clear mind, any accessory with battle hardened, Heavenly Hand Chidori, Hazan Strike, Space Time Hop, Karma Linchpin Build 2: Twinsword Release, Any Defense Medicine Pill, Any outfit top that has first blood, any outfit bottom that reduces ninjutsu cooldown times, any accessory with battle hardened, Demon Hunter, Susano’o Armor, Space Time Hop, and Indra’s Arrow.

I think the down side Globku mentioned for the Flying Thrust where the character will not activate the chidori off of a wall can also be an upside, as in it kinda works like a flying raigen level 1, and with the chidori its like a flying raigen level 2.

I actually don't mind his Ult being harder to hit for two reasons: 1) all of his abilities are strong, but have glaring weaknesses. Heavenly Strike can't be spammed, given that you can be smacked out of it either with an opponent's good timing or in hectic situations, Susano'o's Armor can't defend against unblockables, including Cherry Blossom Clash or Heavenly Foot of Pain (I haven't tried Crimson Drizzle yet, but I can only assume it'd be similar), though the last two jutsu may have been oversights, so I have no idea if it'll be patched out, and Time-Space Hop only has invulnerability for 5 or so seconds, so it isn't a replacement for Kamui Climax/Bond, so his Ult having the ability to wipe multiple enemies at once, but misses easily is a good way to balance it. Its like having Sheer Cold on a Pokémon. It has a low hit chance which leaves you open to get knocked out by possibly wasting a turn, but its also a one shot kill. On top of that, I'd consider his Ult best for surprising enemies as a comeback mechanic more than anything else. For example, my brother clutched a base battle one time because our whole team was fighting on B in OT to earn enough points to win but we noticed that there was an enemy taking our A base and none of us would be able to get there in time to stop it. So he got close enough to the enemy that he could lock-on to him through the wall and used the Kirin and it one shot the guy, saving the base without completely disengaging from the current fight. It can also be surprisingly difficult to know when an Ult is being dropped on you. I had a guy drop his meteor on my head while I was trying to defend our flag and because the camera was angled in such a way, the AOE ring was more like a blinding light, so I had no idea what was happening until a meteor fell on my head. 2) I'd rather an ability be underpowered and buffed into relevance rather than dominate the meta until a nerf 3 months later because it could either not be needed enough and you might as well have not even bothered, or it could be nerfed too much and the jutsu loses all relevance. Heaven Concealed used to be trash, but they buffed it finally and I genuinely think its one of the best ranged Ults in the game now. Not overpowered, but a good option in general with high payoff. I don't know if this'll resonate with anyone here, but its like the Mac-10 and the Milano in Warzone. The Mac-10 is just too good in close range. Its melts plates and health faster than any weapon I can think of. You can legit be downed before you even know what's happening. Nerfing it without completely stripping it of its identity is a hard task because of how good it is. However, the Milano was trash when it first came out. It was genuinely terrible. Slow fire rate, low damage output for anything that wasn't neck or headshots, and terrible recoil. Basically unusable for a long time. However, it finally got a buff that made it the meta for a while, before it had to get nerfed again, placing it in line with most of the other SMGs in the game without losing its identity, given that it didn't really have an identity yet. It could go from UP to OP to generally great because it didn't really have an identity of its own quite yet.

So my entire assumption about the DLC based on playing it and experimenting for a little bit is that it's incredibly balanced for defense types. The only real notable jutsu out of Sasuke's entire kit is the susanoo armor. And that pair with other better defense moves can make defense types hyper annoying especially in base battle. The kunai lightning blade isn't really a move that I look forward to using because I get interrupted so often. There are other better ultimate juices to use as opposed to the final ultimate KZbin that we get with indras arrow. The best thing about the DLC and my personal opinion is simply the armor.

I think globku might have been underrating a lot of sasukes stuff just a bit The heavenly hand power chidori is a really really good jutsu, travels far, does good damage, almost never misses, can set up in to combos, can be a good mixup. Can be a good dodge/ second sub move. Its basically flying rajin one and two and chidori combined His susanoo armor is straight busted, i know there are quite a few counters to it but if they arent running many counters there is literally nothing they can do to u pretty much half of the time u fight them cuz it lasts a long time. It straight blocks all normal attacks, kunai most jutsu etc. Even if they do have a move that counters it they first have to hit u with it and if they dont it goes on cooldown and now they have nothing to counter it. 90 percent of the time its a free half stage flag capture and if u combine it with heavenly hand power chidori its busted, Its also really busted for defending a base or flag as well, and even in combat battle because u can attack while being protected. AND thats just talking about the auto guard u can also guard urself which give u the ribcage and u have an unbreakable block, it doesnt wear out, less pushback and a stronger parry both in damage and how far they get sent back. This is busted for defending an objective. And I havent tested this but im pretty sure ur invincible to gamabuntas attacks and if so, this jutsu will absolutely win u every barrier battle game. And his ultimate while its not really the best, it is for defense types and defense types dont really have a lot of instant one shot ultimates that cover a huge amount of area. And is really good in Survival excerisize cuz ur almost always gonna hit it. Ill say its either an average or a slightly above average ultimate for defense types cuz defense types prolly have the worst ultimates of any class. And maybe if u are able to pull it off like behind a wall or somewhere in secret where the wont notice the giant susanoo until the arrow comes down and its too late it might be better... And his sub I think is really good, not neccarilly busted, but being invincible for 5 whole seconds after subbing is basically a free combo if u end up near someone. And it has a really short cooldown. It also could be a free flag capture if u sub and end up near the flag. I think this character is really really good, like top 3 characters in the game. He brings so much good stuff to the game and he really just has it all, great for defending, great for capping flags, great for combat, op for barrier (if my theory is true), might be the best character in the game idk his ultimate isnt the best 50 percent of the time it hits no one and the other 50 percent it gets like 2 or 3 kills so idk..) Might not be the best but def top 3 for me. Super good

A fun load out is flying thrust with Boruto stream, you hit the person with flying thrust and while they're knocked down you use Boruto stream right next to them. Weapon I recommend Madara's fan for it's combo build up, ult would be any but I use sage mode
