What kind of head strap do you use with your Quest 3? Do you have a backup battery?

how far or same is the fov when using no spacers compared to the stock interface, on the stock one my eye lashes can touch the lens giving a good fov, so im worried will this interface reduce fov if its further from the lens or the same?

I did have to adjust the FOV a little bit, but it's fine now and I still have some range to play with.
