Glock 19,23,32 with Olight PL mini 2 Pancake OWB...and I messed up

Man this holster came out killer! Only one problem, I made it for the wrong gun!
If you didnt already know the glock 19 and the glock 19 poly 80 are totally different guns. the poly 80's rail sits lower than the normal glock rail thus not allowing the holster to be compatible. so now ill have to rebuild this holster to the poly 80 before sending it to the customer.
Oh well. things happen, im glad i caught it before it left the building.
all you can do is regroup and move on!

The PL3 is not gonna fit the TLR1 holsters. It's smaller in diameter, it'll rattle around in a TLR1 setup. I love the Ignacio Wickery action there at the end 🤣 "I'm guessin I'm back!"

Suede is a dangerous liner. But I have done it before. It also has extra charges along with it for cost of material. Suede is pricey

I really enjoy your videos. I’ve been making kydex holsters for 4 years now. I learned everything the hard way. I use a homemade coffee bum and a pancake press with a curved jig. It’s cool to see how you do things. Would the extreme foam be the best option for my presses? I use the mid grade from holstersmith. I’m gonna start playing with higher temp on Holstex. I’ve been going to 340 and not heating the foam.
