Small Of the Back Carry is objectively awful because: 1)Slower than hip/AIWB 2)Gun is easily spotted from behind 3)serious back injury if you fall on your back 4)dangerous to reholster 5)if an enterprising bad guy notices your shirt riding up and makes a grab for your gun you're kinda fucked

John Nissan it CAN be worn with sweats or shorts. However, the bigger the gun, the more it will pull them down. The clip is so strong that it will grab on to anything whether you have a belt or not, but the belt, which is obviously holding your pants up, helps in that regard
