Hi, I have a question. Does this particular version of the gun (glock 19x 4,5mm airgun) have the same width as the real version? Because I heard that some airgun/airsoft models are based of a 22 or 45 version of the gun. I'm a bit worried if it will fit into my more tighter holster.

They aren't based on the 22 or 45 versions but there is a very slight difference in size, I haven't had any problems with them fitting any of my holsters but I can't promise they will fit all of them.

How do I adjust my hop up? It came out of the box with the hop up adjusting screw flush with the barrel face which means the hop up is adjusted to shoot where the only adjustment is to turn the screw counter clockwise.

There is a 19X that is made to shoot steel BBs and a separate one made to shoot plastic airsoft BBs.

Since we can't see it or know how far it will insert, we can't know... There may be a bb jammed in the mag well. Keep it pointed in safe direction and use a flashlight to look in the magwell to see if there's an obstruction. Look with detail. I've not seen it happen on this model but another so maybe this is possible. If you can't identify it give us a call during business hours 8am to 4:30pm Mon thru Fri Central time (except holidays).

Yes; however, it is what holds the mag follower spring in. Prying gently on each side of the plate while pushing it forward will allow you to remove it.

Can I ask why I got a G19X from umarex which is officially licensed by Glock but does not look or work like the shown one in the video? It doesn't have the same CO2 cartridge insert as this one and also the slide isn't moving besides that it also doesn't fire at all even though I followed the manual. Regards

The real Glock 19x comes in this color. Glock made a glock 45 in 9mm thats black. Not sure if they will come out with it for a bb gun

@@idontknowyou876 There is no black version. The 19X was made for the US military (they did not win the contract though). It only comes in coyote colour. You have to get the 17 or 19 if you want black.

Hey I just bought this gun but the take down push buttons don't work and the manual does not detail how to remove the slide. Is there a field strip for this gun so I can clean it?

There is a pin to the front of the faux take down lever, drive it out carefully. Also remove the small Phillips head screw in the end of the guide rod. or call: 479-646-4210 ext.7
