I really like this series. I like the way you explain everything and then I like the editing where you speed up certain processes. Also, I like how these videos are calm and just fun to watch while relaxing around the house or even doing chores.

This is definitely a different series from the 7D2D one :) A few suggestions, if you're open to it: the front of the house, maybe knock down the wall on the left and make that room/entry area into the living room - could definitely put a bookcase in there if going for the kind of customers that want books. Lots of rooms so a separate study/office could work. Looking forward to the next episode in this series!

I love this game. Wish there were more options for everything, but still love it. Also, love watching people play it lol. Can't wait to see what you do with that bathroom, love that color you chose for the sink. Oh, & I really don't like the radiators & end up selling the installations for them, but they probably add more money when the house is auctioned. When I played House Flipper, I'm still on the starter house, and I made it so there are tombs, a gnome cult on the pathway, a never ending picture of the back of the house ON the back of the house. About 20 unplanted trees, (some are planted) a machine gun facing the sidewalk, about 6+ flamethrower fuel. A flamingo garden decoration named Albert, a giant fake windmill, and a hammock. Now for the inside, multi colored walls, bed that goes on the wall, an insane gaming set up, and a locker I may or may not have bodies in.

About destroyed house: I had a bug where after plastering entire building it still told me it needs just a little plastering more -> destroying walls and remaking them is much better idea (for the inside atleast). You can use one plaster bucket for everything, it's not like paint and deplete (or never happened to me). Thx for the vid, still love your '7 days to die' series. :) P.S. You don't need a ladder to reach 1st floor, just stay close to the wall near windows :)

That Floodhouse drove me crazy with replacing all these outside walls... I wish they'd add another shower type to the game, maybe a "floor-based shower". The current shower has so many installation steps, I always dread installing it.
