Glockenspiel in Wuppertal, Germany - Time Is Ticking Down

After riding the suspension train I had some time to kill before sunset, since I was hoping for some low-light shots of the train. So I walked around downtown Wuppertal and ran into this Glockenspiel. It's all fun until DEATH appears, coming out from the right hand door. WHAAAT?
And right next to it is the digital clock counting the human population on this earth, it's all a bit unsettling! I thought this Glockenspiel was going to be fun!
