How do I get my device to stop randomly beeping and turning on the blue light on its own? This is my first night with it and I just noticed hearing it beep about half an hour ago

Hi there. The GLOfacial tool will let out a beep when the tool either looses contact with the face, is tilted at too severe of an angle, or if the treatment chamber is empty. For best results and to eliminate the beeping, make sure to keep the GLOfacial tool upright and to keep the tip pressed firmly against the face. @@BeautyBiomy glofacial tool will do the 3 tone beep right when I go to start the suction even with good skin contact (same sound it makes when empty). Haven’t been able to use it for months because I can’t get it to even start. Any tips?
