Not even necessarily from stress. Like the Queen's guards that have to stand perfectly still are taught to wiggle their toes so thet don't pass out.

When I was in primary school we had to do a presentation about a certain insect. I chose ladybugs and before I was even half way through I pretended I was finished and then after class my teacher (she was really nice) called me back and read through my notes. She graded me off the notes and not the speech. I will forever love her for that

Seeing the ones of the students passing out reminded me of the time in Choir where we were performing at a concert and it was really hot on the stage and one of the kids couldn't handle it and collapsed! Pretty sure he was fine. Just overheated. His mom and the choir teacher rushed over to him and I can't remember what happened after. Probably that he was taken out to recover.

When I was in 4th grade I had to do an immigration simulation were we role played as the immigrants. But the time period was set back when Ellis island was still working. So, when I was in 4th grade, my teacher Mrs. Boykin wanted us to do a artic animal project, and I chose a polar bear. My friend said she did a polar bear too, so I said that we should see who gets an A. In 5th grade me and ky friends got put together in a group to make a presentation. It’s was about the grasslands, we all hid 1-3 potatoes on each slide, and whoever in the class found all 32 got a prize. Of course, we asked the teacher if this was aloud and she said yes since she’s a legend. Nobody paid attention to the actual presentation, at the end two (out of our class of 29) people (one boy one girl) found all of the potatoes. They did Rock Paper Scissors and the girl won, she won a potato. This experience was by far my favorite ever.

Doing class presentations always had me on edge, but for some reason, being up on stage in plays acting in front of hundreds of strangers several nights a week in high school didn't. The stage was and is my happy place, it's two totally different feelings.
