Question: so is another difference between this SB Purana and the others that the other puranas (e.g skanda/padma) were written by Vyasadeva before Narada Muni's visit?

Bhagvata Purana was also written before Narada Muni's visit but with very little about Krishna bhakti, After Narad Muni's enlightenment to Srila Vyasdeva, VyasaDev meditated on the pastimes and then revised and compiled it this time talking more about Shuddh Bhakti. Hari bol. Hare Krishnaa
