I hear so very, very little of the love of Christ for His people in any other preaching but Brother Paul’s. I’ve been in good churches over many years, and it just doesn’t seem to come up very often. I greatly appreciate Brother Paul keeping this before the Church so faithfully.

I sometimes find myself struggling to express the love I have for God because it’s intense and beyond my understanding. Then I find myself going from lukewarm to intermittently forgetting Him because of distractions of the world. That to me is hypocritical. Then in early June this year , I answered the call from the brother in Solus Christus to pray for him as he was unwell. There was no mention about the details. Praise God. On 17/6,, the brother from Solus Christus wrote in his KZbin page that brother Paul has been delivered from his illness! Hallelujah.God is very faithful to His own ! Praise God.

‘Loving God more’ can still be very abstract. Jesus says: if you love Me, you will love my Word. If you don’t love my Word, you don’t love Me. John 14:23-24. Reading means eating, chewing. Preparing a weekly Bible study for a buddy who isn’t brought up in the faith is a good incentive, especially when you also have to explain more than ‘just’ the gospels f.e. Romans or the Old Testament. I’m really thankful that God sent me a buddy. For me more scripture insight and scripture time goes hand in hand with loving Him more!

Jesus said that the greatest commandment is the love, the Lord God, with all of your heart, mind and soul. Somethings that Paul washer has really impressed on me is that we all failed to do this. We may say that we love God and to a certain degree we all do at least for believers. But truth be told we all still to love the way that Christ loved us all. How many of us could say that we would be at what he gave and was the only one to ever walk impureness on this earth. I’m not crazy as one with dank, but I know the evil that is inside of me because of the fall of man. My prayer for myself, and for everyone is that God will reveal in a true love for him. Even to get to 1% of how much Christ loved us.

Ya I would go to a Chruch like that and it didnt last three days like fifteen seconds after i walked out the door and I would feel guilty thinking I must be one of those that the devil snatches it up out of but it wasnt even God in those places and i was led into thinking something that was lie.

He intentionally left out the part "for the father is greater than I" I think the world of Paul, but to someone who has never heard the verse, they are getting a picture that's a little off. Only a small critique, but biblical accuracy is very important, especially for a passage as famous as that one is.

Okay i NEED exlaination on heat in love with God I dont approve of that language. I think I understand but that is something that needs to be expounded upon because sometimes I hear things about God and I get exicted like a 14 year old girl seeing the Beatles in person and other times its quiet steady I want to say holy but I am and have been since my youth a base man born in filth and the ghetto a common man. I have experiences with God and his word so I suspect that the crazy love is wrong and the holy is right but holiness doesnt stick with me for long I get attacked in the mind my own flesh or demonic I know not perhpas both but then I will drop it because i dont want to blasphemy and I cant leave God behind but I cant allow these things the flesh devils or such to cause me to offend God further I dont want that. So i will get all fanatical about God in response to that...those attacks and they OFTEN come from people as well So I would very much like to hear more about that. I SERIOUSLY doubt you will reply. Someone else probably will jump on it but I am not interested in the opinions of the commetns section. there is no face attached to them I cant see them and I cant guage body language to assess deception. Sometimes Paul I even see you in self deception but not on this it was delivered in a way that tells me its a matter of fact. SO do as you say and reply if it be you see this. I doubt you wil.
