Inertia doesnt stop you from doing anything that you could do without Inertia. The only thing Inertia does is making it harder to predict. Imagine it that way, you have a car that drives at 50km/h. If the car weights 0 KGs and inertia isnt a thing, then you can just press the brakes and instantly stop. Now if the car weights 500 KGs and inertia is taken into account, the car will travel some distance before completely stopping. The heavier the car, the longer the distance. That distance can be calculated though and a experienced driver can calculate it almost to the last centimeter. Same here, if you were to peek a corner and go back, your brain would by default try to do what he did, but go back too late. You have to take the inertia into account and go back before you've already peeked. Theres also ways to avoid inertia to some extent, also should take into account character weight, etc. Eventually if you keep practicing you will get used to it and be able to pull it off.

Macros and the dude is moving faster like decreased inertia idk man games full of people cheating with thousands of hours combine that with good movement and map knowledge and your one of the best players in the game and can quit your day job. I find this guy hella sus. Personal opinion don't care what others think. The dude has never shown his face from what I've seen.

He moves like he has no inertia because he knows how to use the game mechanics to benefit himself. You can replicate his gameplay if you're good enough.
