Nice, I’m in a video unintentionally. I had the same 'QC' issues when I got my 'Model O Pro' wireless. Support was great as I heard from the community & they gave me a full refund through gift card to spend in their store while keeping the mouse since they had no inventory left, lol. But great review though.

Great video! Fun fact: In core you can drag the DPI dots down below the horizontal bar and it will remove them so you can just have your one DPI instead of four :) Be well!

Fun fact: If I have to rotate the screen 90 degrees in Windows settings, I need to drag it vertically.
