WHAT FUN! How is it possible he can STILL do that? I was astounded when I used to hear Johnny sing like that with the Kingsmen in the 70's. Thanks for the video.

I was so fortunate years ago to be waved up onto the stage by Parker Jonathan (R.I.P.) to sing his part on Glory Road with the Kingsmen - a highlight of my life that I will never forget. Great to hear Johnny singing this old classic!

Yes, sadly he passed away several years ago from (IIRC) a heart attack :(

The reason I ask is I thought maybe recently, I know him and he is very much alive. Parker Jonathan sings with his family and they have a facebook page. Now some others that were with Kingsman have gone on. Google and you will see him, very much alive.
