We are excited to present this instruments-only album that brings together a collection of translated songs from Ahadu Studios! Using the Mesenko, Kirar, Washint, and Kebero, these beautiful long-established hymns have been remade so followers can listen and sing along in both Amharic and English.

Oh how beautiful these pentatonic modal melodies are! I always look forward to hearing them and the words of praise and prayer that are composed for them. I know that some of them are sung only once, and only after years of training in the poetic spirit. I gave thanks to God for them. i too am an Oriental Orthodox Christian, Syriac by rite.
