A lot could really happen in a year. This song brings back a lot of memories. I used to play this over and over again to ease the pain that I had been feeling because of depression. I lost my career, my bf left me, everything was a mess. I was a mess. And that was when I surrendered my life to God. While playing this song, I used to cry my heart out begging God to heal me. And He did. Now I regained everything I have lost. In fact I am growing each day. God's mercy and love sustained me. He saved me.

Young christian here! I am a 14 year old and i have been worshipping God ever since i was 13. I sometimes or mostly find it hard to follow Gods will and his son because of the temptation i have been given. Whenever i sin, i feel worthless or ashamed to come back into his arms again, it kept on happening and even typing this. My friends says its easy to follow God and be a christian but i somehow find that difficult. There are days that led to my downhill and my doubt for God, sometimes praying. But from now on, ill try my best to stop my doubt for God and my shame to come back. God is always waiting for me with him arms ready to hug me and even in any situation he is always there comforting me and protecting me.

It's the nature of our fallen world. God uses these things to strengthen us, to heal us, to help us learn to overcome them. God has a plan for you and must mould you into who you need to be. He'll use the trials and tribulations to shape the posture of our hearts and minds. Think of it like practice! The 7th day Sabbath still stands active today for GOD'S people. I am not going to force you to keep Shabbat holy, however, if in disagreement over this matter, i highly encourage to do a study on it so as not to 'end up coming short in the end' (if above the age of accountability) as per: Heb 4:1 "Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it." Just a moment ago I had some dark and heavy feelings from something really tough I'm going through, and then I were about to just go and listen to something about pain and confusions to mend to my feelings - but "somehow" ended up here... And then I realized that what I *really* needed was to just praise and thank God...! Probably even more now than ever before, now while I was really hurting...!! Because to get to praise him despite the original feelings I had, really, really helped me and blessed me. *"In the happy moments - praise God. In difficult moments - seek God. In the quiet moments - trust God. In every moment - thank God."* !! ❤ SO true, it's such a powerful and wonderful blessing to get to focus on everything that's good and that we have in our lives to be thankful for - for example the fact that our God is so good, and that none other than our Lord's holy son Jesus himself suffered so greatly for us to be saved - especially when the daily life around you in certain times feels anything but good!
