Really cool store but I was there Nov 25th and OMG there was wayyyy too much staff on site. There were like literally 4-5 Glossier girls standing around each table and they were practically just chatting with each other not really caring too much about the customers. Same goes for the check out zone where u pick up your merchandise - literally 3 girls just standing there chatting. I don't know how much turnover the store makes or what your salary costs are but it sure as hell wasn't a pleasant experience and being a sales manager myself I was just stunned at the sheer number of staff there...

Cocoa Butter Queen lowkey yeah some products are suspect the perfume is so bomb it smells amazing, the milky jelly is only average cause it gets the job done but isn’t worth all that hype, the mascara is nice and all but don’t get it if you like that volumized look you feel. Also boy brow so worth it tbh

Cocoa Butter Queen I looooove the milky jelly cleanser. That’s like their best product. I also love both the priming moisturizers, the body hero soap, the concealer and skin tint, and boy brow. Also, the vitamin c serum didn’t make a huge difference in my skin but I enjoyed it. Glossier is great but their whole line isn’t necessary for your collection
