I just bought burnished blush and gleaming plum yesterday and I love them. They're exactly how you described them. It's the pigment of a lipstick, the shine of a lipgloss and the comfort of a lip balm. That's exactly what I saw looking for in a lip product so thank you for the recommendations. I just got an Ulta order in on Tuesday and got two shades of these for the first time- the Burnished blush and Dazzling doe and I wore burnished blush yesterday and I am in love with the formula! Thanks so much as always for the recommendation Emily! Even better than the Revlon lip butters. I was hesitant to try them at first because I got rid of all of my Revlon lip butters a long time ago because I felt like some of the shades I had, like you mentioned, were a little dark and streaky for the balm-like glossy texture and I would prefer my dark lipsticks in matte formulas. But for nudes I think this formula is great because it is so comfortable. I love cool nudes but when I put on Dazzling doe it kind of made me look sick because I am so pale so I think I will have to mix that with a lip liner or other gloss but I do still like the color! Burnished blush is pink and I am not sure how I feel about that one, love the formula but I am not the biggest pink wearer, but I do have to say- one of the best pink lipsticks color-wise I have ever put on because I feel like so many pink lipsticks are too Barbie/bubblegum/light/pastel and make your teeth look yellow, I just don’t like that. I want to get glossy fawn and varnished rosewood! Varnished rosewood looks like my color!

So happy your reviewed these. Polished Tango looks gorgeous. I've already picked up Glazed Pink and am super happy with the formula (an no icky L'oreal smell ). Even though they don't last forever on the lips, with this kind of "juiciness" to them, I am happy to reapply as needed.

I think these could be so versatile! I’m wanting to play around using them w/lip liners, as toppers for liquid lipsticks, as a blending shade for an ombré lip, etc. I’m wondering if the formula lends itself to being altered when used w/different products/formulas or if my color pop lip primer might extend the wear. Em I just wanted you to know that off of your recommendations I’ve recently bought the essence individual eyeshadows with the palette but I bought the 4 pan palette, rimmel B.B. cream, L’Oréal lash paradise mascara, makeup revolution eyeshadow palette in vitality, Elf brow pencil in neutral brown. I’m loving it all and thank you so much. 99 percent of my make up collection is off of your recommendations and I have been watching you for the past 6 years! The first ever thing I bought was the almay get up and grow mascara (remember that!) I trust your opinions Em and everything I have bought has worked for me. Enamel red is gorgeous! Oh man I've been on the hunt for a good glossy red and that is perfect. Varnished rosewood, burnished blush, and lacquered strawberry are all very much up my alley as well. I hope these hit the Philippine market soon! Local and global drugstore brands here seem to still be on the matte trend. Glossy and juicy lips are what I'm all about so it's been slim pickings here for me.

I do love this kind of formula! When I want more staying power I usually pair it with a liquid lipstick in a similar (or even contrasting) color. Then when I'm out and about I only need to reapply this gloss-stick. 💄💋😍

The bright strawberry pink and fushia might be good to use in the center of the lip for a more gradient lip type look where the rest of the lip is either your natural color or a lighter pink. I have a few revlon lip crayons in those colors and they're great for that even though they are also big and not precise.

Cindy Troxler I loved the cucumber spray!! Unfortunately I stopped using it as I am thinking it may have caused me to break out. So sad about that!! But, I am not giving up on it just yet. I’m addicted to the YSL oil-in-stick lipsticks, and these look similar. I don’t love the $37 price tag, so I’m going to check these out instead. Thanks for the thorough review. I know I can always count on you! Oddly enough, the YSL lipsticks are packaged the same way with the twisty part hugging the lipstick bullet. I wonder if the formula is similar? L’Oréal is YSL Beauté’s parent company, so it possible there is a similarity in formula. (I’m just going to compare ingredient lists now.)

I bought the Vanished Rosewood after your last video. It's definitely my lips but better. It's almost barely noticeable, only because my lips are almost exactly this color. Which is amazing because I have "scars" on my lips. So this gives me the appearance of a perfect pout. 😍 So good! Thank you for introducing us to this line. My lips actually love the formula especially after all the liquid lipsticks! To me the scent is almost coconuty. But not in a coconut milk way. More of a coconut baked good. P.S. I think I figured it out. It's Samoa Girl Scout Cookies! 😱

The shining peach is so close to perfect. It is just a tiny bit light and washes me out. It’s perfect with a liner but that it extra work for what would otherwise be an easy product

Ok, so I went out and bought Varnished Rosewood. 1. The color is gorgeous, I really love it! But 2. the smell for me is the pink Runts candy. Or maybe pink nerds? It is some sort of pink candy to me! I hope that helps because its definitely a sweet smell but those 2 things are the colest I can come.
