Mary Poppins can fly, jump in and out of cartoon worlds at will along with anyone she chooses to take with her, talk to animals, manipulate literally any object around her by snapping her fingers, create winds strong enough to blow full grown humans up into the sky, induce hypnosis, and has an unknown multitude of family members who all have their own magical abilities. That doesn't even cover the parts in the book where she brings statues to life, traps a grown woman in a bird cage, has a dance party with the actual sun, and exploded out of a firework. Bigfoot is a giant ape of no distinct magical abilities. Ima go ahead and place my bets on Mary Poppins here.
