What's up guys! My name is Roman Kimball. Im a Division 1 baseball player at The University of South Carolina and I am originally from New Hartford, NY. What is the biggest change you have made ot your arm action post-tommyjuans?

no change in arm action, more lower half mechanics, was just getting into my lower half too quick and working against the slope causing my arm to drag and putting a lot of stress on my elbow, cleaned it up now and putting a lot less stress on my arm while also more efficiently down the mound leading to more strikes, better command and even throwing harder
